| I"ll feel bad if they refuse my request for such a simple piece of information but, with that said, I do know my way around a courtroom and being retired with nothing else to do I might just file a summons & complaint down in Snow Hill. I'll bet dollars to donuts a judge won't have a problem asking the question and getting an answer. What surprises me is that the residents allow this nonsense to continue, somebody needs to start a recall petition. Maybe it's time for Mr. Thompson to find a new line of work as well? This whole thing with Mr. Clarke is complete nonsense, the way the BOD has acted you would think he's a threat to National Security. Marty's ugly and he dresses funny, other than that he's a pretty good guy! | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I don't believe you will ever get an answer as just an association member....my experience has always been that members are given little respect when asking for that kind of information....they just don't believe you have a right to know......the only way to go is to ask Marty to find out for you he can ask for that information as a director and rightfully expect to get it..... I wrote message to joe this weekend that says my opinion is that these four board members have compromised their ability to serve and should therefore offer their resignation to the association.....we are treated in such a cavalier fashion by these people always....we've lived here for many years and the behavior of this board is surprisingly similar to many boards from the past... terry |
