I certainly agree with that notion....
Have you read the by-laws? The by-laws provide for the board removing another board member. The by-laws, approved overwhelmingly by the association members, contain a provision that allows the board to vote out a board member with five votes "for cause." Cause is not limited to fraud and other such issues. The by-laws also allow for removing a board member for violating any board rules for director conduct. There were such rules at one time but they were voted out. The board could again pass a Code of Conduct for Board members and any violation of that code would be "cause" for removal if five members voted to do so. |
