Jack Seems the confusion comes from O'Hare always voting for closed sessions, and verbal signals, apparent criticisms.
Is it known what's in the letter you've mentioned from Sharon Howell ? Seems much more than a single letter is involved. I thought that Mike Howell had moved out of OP, for some opportunity somewhere else. Is he still here in OP ? I always thought he was doing a good job while here. Tom |

Bill, I do not believe that this discussion was about Sharon O'Hare, current OPA director, but Sharon Howell who is the wife of former Parks and Rec Director Mike Howell. It was Sharon Howell that posted the original message. |
