Joe, When was this $150.00 added? Is this brand new?
$30 per year added to the assessment for each of the last five years for dedicated funds for major replace/maintain projects like the Yacht Club. The Five Year Funding Project, or whatever it is called. Absolutely nothing new. It will now continue to indefinitely bring in $150 a year for these projects. I suspect few people in OP follow any of this stuff. |
