The board majority will tell you that is exactly what they are trying to do. To a certain extent they are; in some ways they are not. I suppose how any given association member sees this depends on priorities.

All of this stuff will probably be done sooner or later, either in a more grandiose way or a less grandiose way; or in an priority as seen by the current board or a priority seen by future boards. It all depends on the Power of Four year to year.
