It does make you wonder sometimes. What possible benefit could there be from letting a developer take over the property and put up a condo building with "room" for the Beach Club. I can only imagine that the OP beach goers would gradually be squeezed out by the residents of the condos and their guests and/or renters. OP would have gained a few more million to squander away on future projects desired by a select few. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Norm, I agree that the beach parking lot should not be paved as I see no real benefit. I also agree that any bathroom improvement should be a separate building above ground, but sized accordingly and able to be integrated into future beach club projects. As far as developing the property, I am entirely against it. The beach in front of the beach club is already more crowded than it should be. I can't imagine having more beach goers than we already have in that area. Respectfully, Kevin |
