As far as developing the property, I am entirely against it.
Kevin, That's not bad, we agree on 2 out of 3. I think you have legitimate concerns about the beach club that should be taken under consideration. But I think all pros and cons should be considered if developing the property is even feasible at this time. At this point in time I can't be as decisive you. Norm |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Norm, I agree that the beach parking lot should not be paved as I see no real benefit. I also agree that any bathroom improvement should be a separate building above ground, but sized accordingly and able to be integrated into future beach club projects. As far as developing the property, I am entirely against it. The beach in front of the beach club is already more crowded than it should be. I can't imagine having more beach goers than we already have in that area. Respectfully, Kevin |
