When I first purchased property in Ocean Pines one of the most attractive amenities to many was the equestrian center at the Sports Core. Some actually invested in Ocean Pines because of the well run and attractive stables. Oops!

I do not mean to make light of the current concerns around our golf course, but I also remember when its membership was well over 600 and AM tee times were still available to outside players at retail rack rates. If we can not manage the amenity correctly, and in my opinion we have proved that beyond any doubt, then we should lease the operation out to a third party operator who will live or die by the bottom line.
