For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We have been property owners in Ocean Pines for 30 years. We agree with Dan Stachurski that during that (more than adequate)period of time, OPA has proven that it can not operate neither the golf operations nor the restaurant/food operations. We have an underutilized golf course, and a new yacht club that is neither a club or nor has yachts. Let's get a referendum going on the golf operations, and then later settle whether or not to have someone else operate the food operations. This referendum has been talked about many times by the majority of the home owners, but now is the time to bring it to a vote. I will be contacting Marvin Steen to offer our assistance to the effort!! |
