For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Turn the course into a park.....ABSOUTLY NO.....Lease it out on a triple net lease.....ABSOUTLY YES It would become a public course same as Eagle Landing, current members would no longer pay dues, homeowners on the course would see no change and most importantly the homeowners of OP would no longer be burdened with the upkeep. Sounds like a win-win to me, am I missing something? |
