Using that number means the golf course costs us about $10.00 per month.
How about 33 cents a day to trivialize it even better. Of course one could look at the $120 as 13% of the total assessment. Kinda changes the thinking maybe. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Nancy, Marty has already replied to me regarding my post. I was replying to you as you had suggested that $120 went toward the golf course losses. If you include the amount of our assessment that also goes towards deprecation then the total would be more in line with the $120 number. Using that number means the golf course costs us about $10.00 per month. If the golf operations did not lose money but broke even, then the course would cost us about $5.00, per month. |
