How many homeowners does it take to make a "LOT"? Face it, you are emotionally attached to the OP "goff" course. I don't really have a dog in this fight, if I could still play golf I would. It seems that a "LOT" of OP people do not play our course and could care less about it. The cost per lot doesn't seem quite off the end to me and I'm sure maintenance costs for the course to be an open space might not be cheap. Maybe we could just let the area grow wild so "all" of those coyotes would have a place to play, along with a few javelinas. When we lived in Arizona there were quite a few coyotes around and I enjoyed the fact that people had to keep there cats indoors and out of my flower beds. There were also some rather large owls that could pack off a small dog or a cat. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife there as well as the absence of much snow and cold weather. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A what study? Homework? I don't need either of them to know that a lot of other homeowners feel the same way I do and they have expressed their feelings here on the forum. |
