In my reply to Nancy, on 3/1/14, (msg# 879129) I acknowledged that Marty's number of $64 only included operational loss. I also acknowledged that if depreciation were included the total amount would be approximately $120, or $10 per month of our annual assessment. I am not spinning anything.
This is not a game. The operational loss at our OP golf course costs us approximately $64 of our annual assessment. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You really should read the audited financial statements. Operational losses at the golf course were only part of the $958,000 total golf costs. Let's stop the games, the spin. The audited financial report shows the total loss as $958,000. Nancy referred to "loss." Marty initially referred to "operational losses." These are two different things. The LOSS was $958,000 and no amount of spin or obfuscation is going to change the audited report. |
