Regardless of how you want to play the number, it is still approximately $10 per month.
Yes it is. However, it is not "playing the number" to state it as a yearly cost. The assessment is not paid monthly. Every association member paid $120 of their yearly assessment to subsidize golf. If there is spin, it is to start breaking it down in something other than yearly. It is 13% of the yearly assessment. Not to mention the total cost to association members is actually more if you start looking at cost of the golf drainage project. |
