You really need to read the post I was replying to. Nancy had stated that we were paying $120 to cover losses at the golf course. Marty has stated that we are paying approximately $64 to cover losses at the golf course and the audit seems to confirm that.
Marty's message mentioned only operational losses. Playing the semantics game is meaningless. Golf cost every association member $113 out of their assessment in the latest audited financial return. On a financial statement a loss would be the bottom line. The audited statement shows a bottom line overall LOSS of $958,000 or $113 per association member. You really should look at the report, if you haven't already. See Schedule 1 or Schedule 15. |
