That rationalization is accurate if you believe Marty and the audit.
Marty never said the audited total loss for golf was $64 per association member. He said the audited operational loss was $64. He even clarified for you that the total audited loss was $113.... yet you still continue to spin, rationalize or whatever. I believe both the audited report and Marty, since Marty quoted directly from the audit. The audited bottom line for golf shows a "net revenue under expenses" of $957,293. No amount of spin will change that audited bottom line. |
