I think you need to read Marty's message more closely. I think he mentioned the $64 was operational loss and did not include depreciation, nor the ongoing cost of the golf drainage project.

The number $120 is much closer to the actual amount in the assessment to subsidize golf during the period 2007-2017, regardless of how OPA manipulates the numbers each year.

OPA's most recent audited financial report shows golf sucked out $958,000 from assessments to subsidize it.... and I don't think those numbers include golf drainage expenses.
