and the golf members will understand that something has to change if our course is to remain a viable amenity.
What's needed is for all the golfers in Ocean Pines to buy more golf memberships at prices about 30-40 percent higher than current. Or, it gets managed as a purely public course like Eagles Landing. No memberships and no discounts for association members. It would do better financially. I agree that the golf course issue is an emotional issue for many. Yes, mainly golfers. For the non-golfers it is mainly a financial issue. |

Hopefully, as a whole the OPA will not overreact, and the golf members will understand that something has to change if our course is to remain a viable amenity. |
