Do you really think that readers can't see how you're consistently trying to low-ball the finanical impacts of OP golf (constantly saying $64). They've become extremely aware that you're slanting and spinning. They're hearing how there's really the higher impact within their total annual assessment ($113 or $120). Plus the significant capital amounts spent on drainage would be added on top of the $113 or $120, within their assessments being paid. The drainage project is costing big $$$, in the millions. So maybe its time to give low-balling a rest ?? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, Thanks for the info. I stand by my reply to Nancy using your number of $64 per property to cover golf losses, which is what she referred to when she used the $120, number. Yes, I have a rudimentary understanding of business economics. That's why I knew we didn't have golf losses amounting to $120 per property owner. |
