Joe I worked doing depreciation studies for the telephone company for over ten years. I know what depreciation expense is. I agree with most of what Gene says, it is the fine points we disagree on. Nothing will change by going over all that again. I do agree that OPA spends the money. The question is: what is it spent on? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: All OPA depreciation is calculated yearly and included in the assessment. You pay it and OPA then spends it. So, we will pay fot the new YC twice. Once bia what we pay via the 5year plan and again via depreciaation. |
