A golf course that we have in Ocean Pines is an amenity that will draw future buyers here. I wonder what a potential / future buyer would think of a course that loses around a million a year of which they have to pay a part of? Robert. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: 3% only joining is not the real issue. A golf course that we have in Ocean Pines is an amenity that will draw future buyers here. It is a tremendous attraction. Taking it away will diminish one of the lures of Ocean Pines. I am not a golfer, a tennis player. However, the golf course was one of the amenities that attracted me to Ocean Pines. As you can see I am a strong supporter of the golf course and many OP residents that I associate with feel the same way. |
