For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: By including a charge in the assessment for depreciation OPA charges the current owners for OPA assets recovering the money spent acquiring the assets over the lifetime of the asssets. Gosh, I think you just gave a generalized description of depreciation for GAP purposes as opposed to IRS tax purposes.... and this has what to do with how the board decides to spend the depreciation collected? |
