It is an amenity that will continue to draw future owners of Ocean Pines long after I am no longer here.
With only about 3% of association members joining as golf members it surely hasn't drawn too many to date. That is one of the underlying problems. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: This is a no brainer. I am not a golfer. However, the golf course is a benefit to the entire community whether you play golf or not. It is an amenity that will continue to draw future owners of Ocean Pines long after I am no longer here. A parkland with jogging paths, etc? I would vote no and strongly tell others that this would be a big mistake. |
