| We have a ton of money invested in the course, better to find someone to lease the course and take on the expense, that would save the association members 100% of the current and future expenses. A park would still cost us money although not as much as a golf course unless they want to consider my smart ass recommendation to convert it to a goat ranch! | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I believe the golf course should either break even or make money. It should not be operating with big losses. If it is going to continue to lose money, it time to convert the golf course to a park area for everyone to use. |
