| It was a factor in drawing us to OP. We have never been "members" of the OP golf course, but we do play the course several times during the year. Losing the golf course would affect many more homeowners than just those who happen to be annual/lifetime members. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It is an amenity that will continue to draw future owners of Ocean Pines long after I am no longer here. With only about 3% of association members joining as golf members it surely hasn't drawn too many to date. That is one of the underlying problems. |
