| 3% only joining is not the real issue. A golf course that we have in Ocean Pines is an amenity that will draw future buyers here. It is a tremendous attraction. Taking it away will diminish one of the lures of Ocean Pines. I am not a golfer, a tennis player. However, the golf course was one of the amenities that attracted me to Ocean Pines. As you can see I am a strong supporter of the golf course and many OP residents that I associate with feel the same way. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It is an amenity that will continue to draw future owners of Ocean Pines long after I am no longer here. With only about 3% of association members joining as golf members it surely hasn't drawn too many to date. That is one of the underlying problems. |
