| I agree 100%.I feel that the golf course is the centerpiece of the community.Look at a map and you will see that OP is built around the Golf course.If the cart paths are turned into walking trails ,how are people going to get to the trails???I already have people cutting through my yard to walk their dogs on the golf course.I guess a few hundred cutters a week won't be so bad.I can put up a toll gate...I'll even give homeowners a cheaper rate than visitors.Maybe I can raise enough to pay my dues.....just sayin..... | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It was a factor in drawing us to OP. We have never been "members" of the OP golf course, but we do play the course several times during the year. Losing the golf course would affect many more homeowners than just those who happen to be annual/lifetime members. |
