I don't need to roll it around in my mind. I saw the sites and I agree with you, however, as I just posted to Joe the Association employs inspectors to identify situations like this. Did they identified the situation and reported it to the GM. If they did not, did the neighbors during the last 14years report it to the GM or Board for action. If so what if any action took place? |
