I have to remind all that the vehicles in question HAVE NOT MOVED IN 14 YEARS !!
Ed, as you have probably noticed you will find some folks who will look for any and all reasons why OPA cannot do something, rather than spend time trying to actually find ways to do something. Those who try may fail, but at least they tried. |
