First off they are giving you bad indormation. It is our Declaration of Restrictions that dictate ECC enforcement and not our By-Laws. The DRs can only be changed by a majority vote of property owners by section. Secondly, the situation someone described about a Director with a car and no tags is, to the best of my knowledge, total crap. "Obviously" whoever you are talkinto with does not know the facts. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I hope I don't get anyone in trouble but, the inspector told me the bylaws were revised to accommodate a board member who had an untagged vehicle on his/her property. Obviously I don't know that for a fact. |
