Marty, I'm the first to admit I don't know if the "crap" I was told is true or not.
However, if the bylaws/restrictions do not allow untagged vehicles ( covered or not ) .... Why have I been told nothing can be done ? BTW I respect the positions you take on this forum and feel we need more board members who "don't just go along keep along". Ed |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ed: First off they are giving you bad indormation. It is our Declaration of Restrictions that dictate ECC enforcement and not our By-Laws. The DRs can only be changed by a majority vote of property owners by section. Secondly, the situation someone described about a Director with a car and no tags is, to the best of my knowledge, total crap. "Obviously" whoever you are talkinto with does not know the facts.
