| Joe you may be right but if my memory serves me correctly it was the GMay least when I sat on the Board, who presented the issues to the Board members. It was also the GM who received direction from the Board as to what action to take whether it was to have counsel write a letter or to obtain additional information to be presented at a later time. If that is not involvement I do not know what is. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: ECC makes recommendations to the board. ECC members are appointed by board. ECC cannot enforce. CPI cannot enforce. Only the board can enforce. |
