I called last week,  in the midst of all the discussion here, and talked to Barbara Carpenter at the W0.Co. zoning office. She is the one in charge of the Vehicle storage issues. In addition to some of the things mentioned here, she told me that each property gets to have ONE unregistered vehicle on it.   

I was  very surprised to hear that, and I don't think I saw anyone else mention that particular part of the law.

She also said that they could not come on the property to peek under the covers to see the tag....so unless someone else goes on the property and lifts up the cover.....how do we know whether the vehicle has current tags??
