He says our compliance people DO have the right to go on a property for a specific reason ...such as junk cars and see what is going on. They would be answering to a complaint.
Then why, in 2008 did Joe Moore advise the board to seek a declaratory judgment from the court to verify OPA inspectors have right of access without permission on the exact same issue of a covered car? Why is his advice different now, since OPA never obtained the judgment? |

Sharon Hi Sharon, I looked at the BoD meeting video of the Sat. meeting, and do feel better about the situation. Joe Moore's discussion on the rules about junk cars begins at about 1:20 on the video. He says our compliance people DO have the right to go on a property for a specific reason ...such as junk cars and see what is going on. They would be answering to a complaint.
