i agree that the motion should have been available prior to the meeting, however, the failure to do so does not allow Mr. Reynolds to make up facts, especially when he was in attendance. BTW, if I had been asked for a copy of the motion I would have gladly provided one. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: your mis-understanding of the motion made, seconded, discussed and passed by the board of directors That may have something to do with the fact that the motion was not written, published to the membership, discussed in an open workshop meeting and won't be available for Joe or anyone else to read until the minutes are published after the next meeting in a month.
