However if an individual resident has to contact the county .... Why have a Compliance department to begin with ? Should it not be their job to run interference AND issue a citation as the obvious consensus is that these vehicles after 14 years are junk and a community eyesore ! Maybe I'm just naieve (SP ?) as to the way things work in OP or more obviously don't work !! Ed |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I stopped by CPI today. The property with the several cars and one on blocks with wheel missing is in the hands of OPA's attorney. No action on the covered cars. I suggested they issue a violation and see what the owner says. I also strongly suggest those who want something done about these properties should make a complaint to Worcester County. I posted a copy of the law in another message. |
