Thanks for taking the time Joe. It seems the Our Home Owners Association has totally abdicated it's very purpose for existence. That is to protect the value of our homes and neighborhood.
That was not the case from 2001 thru 2004 when I was the inspector on the North Side........ |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I stopped by CPI today. The property with the several cars and one on blocks with wheel missing is in the hands of OPA's attorney. No action on the covered cars. I suggested they issue a violation and see what the owner says. I also strongly suggest those who want something done about these properties should make a complaint to Worcester County. I posted a copy of the law in another message. |
