We kayak by it, and it appears to be sitting on the bottom. I have many pictures of it from over the years.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I asked about that boat a couple of weeks ago. The person I talked to is pretty well plugged in to things around here. He said that no one will underwrite the expense to move/junk it and the governmental authorities don't care because it's not an environmental hazard. It sure is a visual hazard. It's appearance hasn't improved in 3 1/2 years. |
