If a 20ft no mow area is created around the ponds along with the monofilament it would appear to end fishing at the ponds, or am I not reading this accurately.
It would not end fishing but it would certainly make walking along the edge of the pond more difficult. Also, the walking fishermen would beat down the high grass in the no-mow zone... to what extent I do not know. |
