For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, no boats on trailers...really? We are a beach community after all. I did not write the Declarations of Restrictions. Make a garage large enough to hold the boat. Find a storage place to keep it. Find a marina to keep it. Buy a waterfront lot and keep it at your dock. Of course nothing is gonna change regarding boats in driveways but having them parked all over the place does detract from home values in my opinion. From past president Bill Rakow:
