For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Yes that is what we thought we were getting when we voted for the new Yacht Club. Obviously, he lied because this stone is still being used in new buildings in this county. Image below from Joe Reynolds - Image Title: photos Image Info: Image showing use of stone facing on the exterior of the new Peninsula Regional Medical Center at the Delmarva Health Pavilion at the south side of the North Gate. A somewhat similar use of stone was originally included in the contract for OPA's new Yacht Club but OPA GM Bob Thompson unilaterally changed the stone to concrete block, later telling the Board of Directors that stone was not allowed under county code and it was too late to even try to obtain county approval.
