It's interesting to see that only two "Catholic" schools are on that list-Manhattan and Georgetown. And I just spotted College of New Rochelle hiding among the negative paybackers.
I put the word Catholic in quotes as I have recently learned that my alma mater, St. John's, has less than a 50% Catholic student body. Oh have times changed. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bob, I'm not interested in what is common knowledge. I was only interested in your 100% blanket demeaning of every instructor not teaching at some top college. What you essentially said was that no professor at Salisbury University was qualified to teach at a place like Harvard on the simple but totally biased proposition that if they were qualified they would be teaching at Harvard and not SU. Think about your initial statement. Let's assume there are 5,000 teaching positions at the top schools. Taken at face value, your initial comment would mean there were only 5,000 people in the entire country qualified to teach at those schools. Want the best bang for your buck? Go to University of Virginia. |
