According to a story in today's Bayside Gazette -- "A permanent plaque commemorating the bird is expected to go up at the site next week."
YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!!! Did this goose save someones's life or donate a million dollars to OPA. WOW! Forgive, I believe my memory serves me right that there was a beautiful dog named King that certainly deserved a memorial, but not this goose! |
