As I am sure you know Bulldogs for the most part are lazy apartment dogs.
I have, om occasion, wished for that trait in Tobi. Of course, if he had it I would not have been able to get him from the rescue in the first place. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jack, he is beautiful! Just amazing how smart. I love dogs. I rescue older dogs that no one wants also. Smartest dog I ever owned was mixed. He had Collie and German Shepard in him. I could teach him anything. Right down to sneeze and he would do it. Now that my children are gone I rescue English Bulldogs. People buy these dogs thinking that they are going to breed them and make money. After they find all the problems that come with them they get rid of them. They also have to have a "C" Section. When I adopted Ellie, she was abused. She only weighed 30 lbs and had five C sections. She was eight when I adopted her. She became Queen at our house until she passed. I love this breed because they love children. Plus, we live on a canal and can not have a fence. As I am sure you know Bulldogs for the most part are lazy apartment dogs. |
