The people who drive on a regular basis around the souyh gate of Ocean Pines are more lucky a human being has not been killed or injured due to the gesse crossings and the way people stop for the damn geese! The memorial etc. and hoopla for a goose is nuts in my mind! How would you have felt if a human was hurt due to this goose crossing the road?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: YOU ARE ACTING LIKE THIS IS A JOKE.  WHAT KIND OF A SICK PERSON WOULD KILL A POOR HELPLESS DISABLED GOOSE.  THIS POOR HANDICAPPED CREATURE NEVER DID HARM TO ANYONE AND ONLY BROUGHT PLEASURE TO ALL.  YOU ARE ALSO A VERY SICK PERSON.  ANIMALS HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO US TO LOVE, TREASURE AND CARE FOR.  IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT THEM.
