| In our hunting camp our cook puts the goose in a paper bag when roasting it. Cooks it in a low heat, about 275 for several hours. The paper bag draws a lot of the grease out of the bird. He varies his stuffing, I like the oyster stuffing myself, how about you? | ||||||
