| A distinction without a difference. I don't particularly care what OPA publishes as much as I care what the board and GM use to make decisions as to how efficient the management of OPA is. I can rail all day about how badly this or that amenity is doing compared to last year and the last five years but I will always hear, "but we are ahead of budget !!!" | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: And since OPA rarely compares this year's actual to the previous year I don't think the above is accurate portrayal overall. OPA does provide actual comparisons on paper but almost all board discussion and GM presentations revolve primarily around making comparisons to budget. |
