That is good but the overall report certainly did not read all that favorable to me...
One must always consider the politics of the writers of any report. In this case the writers of the OPA report are, except for one who I am sure did not write anything, are those who did not want to change from Casper and will, in my view, try in any way possible to discredit LU. |
