Some of us are actively using the above tactic in the form of increasing awareness of issues within OPA with the intent, at some point in the future, of hopefully being in a position to present solutions for consideration and having the authority to mange and execute. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Anyway -- Naysayer -- one who denies, refuses, opposes, or is skeptical or cynical about something. I did not find a definition of naysayer as someone who disagrees with Bill Walukonis. There is much in OPA management of business amenities to be skeptical or cynical about Ok, let me rephrase that, People that oppose, or is skeptical or cynical about the BOD or Gm decisions , in my opinion should get their solutions together , run for the board and EXECUTE their solutions. Just don't sit on the sidelines and throw darts. They are not disagreeing with me because I am relatively ok with the direction of the HOA I belong to. I can go to the YC and not have to step on rotten wood going to the 2nd floor and don't have to smell mold when you use the bathroom. IMO. an interior designer and 100 grand can take care of the cafeteria that many people complain about. Playing high school ball , my friend and I were guards. Ed on the left side could not plug up the hole |
