I do want to keep the course open not just for 130 people.  There are many residents who use the course when they can as part timers.  I have been one who has for 33 years. It is one of the main reasons I bought here.  I understood I would be financing all the amenities. This idea that the course only inures to the benefit of the 130 is not my view.  Again, I know form a previous post to me you were only concerned about having a location with water access and not concerned about any of the amenities.  Also, I have seen nothing that indicates a majority of the 8440 want to close the course.  While I respect your work on the forum I take your view on the amenities with a grain of salt understanding you probably want to close them all as long as you have water access.

I don't mean this as a personal attack.  Just my view at this point.
